Originally from New York, Dawn and Charlie moved to the St. Petersburg, FL area with their two small children over 17 years ago. Charlie has been a realtor in Florida over 15 years. Dawn obtained her real estate license in 2021.

Charlie started his real estate career in Upstate New York, and has spent his time helping first time home buyers, investors, and sellers get the best experience in the process. Charlie has built his business on relationships, communication, and transparency. Charlie also has experience in business management and ownership as an entrepreneur.

Dawn and Charlie are excited to join and help others with their real estate needs as they venture into commercial real estate, and Charlie is currently working on obtaining his Broker’s license.

Dawn and Charlie love living in the St. Petersburg area. From the white sandy beaches to amazing architecture of downtown St. Pete, they enjoy all the area has to offer residents and visitors, and feel the Tampa Bay area was a great choice for raising for their family. Their two kids were educated within the Pinellas County School system and Dawn has spent 25 years practicing Speech Language Pathology. She currently works for Pinellas County Schools and has been there for over 17 years. She is a graduate of the College of St. Rose in Albany, NY.

In their spare time, they enjoy golfing, road trips, cruising, spending time at the beach, hiking and
spending time with their now adult children.
