Mary Beth is a Florida native and a graduate of USF in Tampa.

Her experience expands across 13 years in finance and data analytics in the corporate world where she led the roll out of Marketing Analytics and Consumer Insight Strategy across multibillion dollar retailers, manufacturers, and CPGs. Today she is a REALTOR® in St. Pete, FL and North Carolina.

While working her 9-5, Mary Beth transitioned her two personal properties into Short-Term Rentals. She’s an owner, operator, and 6X Airbnb Superhost managing remotely. She also coaches others how to start-up STRs and manage STRs from afar.

As a seasoned analytics consultant, she enjoys vetting through real estate deals and breaking down metrics with residents and investors so they can digest critical information to reach their investing goals.

Outside of real estate Mary Beth strives to be the cool aunt to 8 nieces and nephews. She’s an outdoor enthusiast who can’t get enough of the St. Pete sunshine. You’ll find her outdoors running, kayaking, at the beach or adventuring in her vintage Jeep. She is a foodie and enjoys cooking and exploring Central avenue’s local culinary scene. She’s into creative investing as a path to financial freedom. Her investment interests include: Stocks, Real Estate, Classic Vehicles, Crypto and NFTs.
