Obed Calixte is a Florida resident since 1992 and grew up in the Orlando metro area. After graduating from The University of Florida in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and a minor in Business Administration, he moved to the Tampa Bay area. 

In addition to being an active real estate agent, Obed also serves as our Leasing Coordinator.

Obed likes to say he “specializes in firsts” (first-time home-buyers, first-time investors and those buying for the first-time in Tampa Bay).

During his time as an Infrastructure Engineer/Business Analyst, Obed focused on strategic planning, continuous improvement, cost analysis and data analytics. These skills have proven invaluable as an investor-focused real estate agent!
