Originally from Richmond Virginia, Jason moved to the Tampa Bay area in 2002. He has extensive experience in sales, management and underwriting from working in the commercial property and casualty insurance industry.

He has witnessed the Florida real estate market over 2 decades and was personally involved in renting, buying, selling as well as building 3 homes. Jason is married and has 4 children.

He enjoys all kinds of outdoor activities, sports and coaching. When he’s not outside, Jason is researching the latest real estate and financial trends with a focus on commercial opportunities.
