Bryan is a Real Estate investor expert, licensed in both Florida and Tennessee, with over a decade of personal short-term rental experience. His specialties are the Ft. Walton Beach/Destin, FL and Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg, TN short-term rental markets. Bryan currently owns and co-manages (with this wife), three beach front properties in Ft. Walton Beach and is in process of building a short-term rental in Sevierville/Pigeon Forge, TN area.

In addition to serving traditional single family residences in the states of Florida and Tennessee, Bryan also is experienced with Commercial sales- specifically drive thru fast food locations. Bryan works with many out of state real estate investors and is able to quickly analyze the numbers for each property. With his extensive personal experience managing his own properties, this allows him to provide his own personal experiences and recommendations.
